1. The service

Uhired provides AI-assisted interview practice, company interview workflows, feedback, and related tools. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account or invite access. Company admins are responsible for candidates they invite and how results are used.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, disrupt sessions, or attempt unauthorized access
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits for AI features
• Do not share invite codes beyond the intended candidate

4. Payments

Paid practice sessions and company plans are billed through our payment providers. Fees shown at checkout are due at purchase unless a valid promo code applies. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once a session has started.

5. AI content & decisions

Interview questions, transcripts, scores, and feedback are generated or assisted by AI and may contain errors. Uhired is a decision-support tool — not a guarantee of hiring outcomes. Companies remain solely responsible for employment decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Uhired owns the platform, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uhired is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or security risks. You may stop using Uhired at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.
