• Media — audio (and optional video) captured during live interview sessions when you grant browser permissions.
• Payment details — payment status and order references processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data — device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

• Run practice and company interview sessions
• Generate feedback, scorecards, and hiring insights
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Improve product reliability, safety, and interviewer quality
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates

3. AI processing

Interview content may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate questions, responses, transcriptions, and evaluations. We use this processing only to deliver the Uhired experience you request.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us host, process payments, send email, or run AI features — under contractual limits — or when required by law. Company interview results may be shared with the organization that invited you.

5. Retention & security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also revoke camera/microphone permissions in your browser at any time.
